Use a deep jar or bowl to blend Aioli

Making the emulsion

Mix egg yolk, mashed garlic, lemon juice and dijon mustard until all things get mixed

Adding oil

Add olive oil or sunflower oil drop by drop while you are whisking to make propper emulsion

Increase oil in the end
